FREDERICK, MARYLAND CONFERENCE CENTER RESERVATIONS AND INFO REQUEST

AUDIO VISUAL
Audio visual equipment including 60” Plasma Displays, Projectors and video recorders are available at an additional cost per meeting.

SPECIAL NOTES
Attendees are permitted to bring food and beverages into the conference rooms. Alcoholic beverages are permitted. The SALE OF ALCOHOL IS PROHIBITED. A deposit of $100.00 will be collected for reservations of events including food and/or beverages. Bottled water on ice can be purchased at $12.00 per case (24 count) at a one case minimum. Deposit will be returned if the room is left clean and free of debris.

PHOTOCOPY & FAX SERVICES
Black & white photocopies and fax services are available to tenants at a rate of $0.15 per page/ $.35 for color. The receptionist will make copies and send faxes for the client. Page counts will be recorded and charges added to the account accordingly.

PACKAGE SHIPPING AND RECEIVING
If shipping boxes for your function, please ship them to 50 Citizens Way, Suite 303, Frederick, Maryland 21701. The boxes must be addressed to the attention of the Conference Center Manager handling your function, and marked with the name and date of your function. Due to limited storage space, we request that shipments not arrive any earlier than three (3) days prior to the group’s arrival.
